Moviter is an associate of Movicortes S.A., a company founded about 35 years ago and which started its activity in the equipment sector. With the diversification of its activity, from 1989 onwards Movicortes created specialized and autonomous companies for each of the businesses and evolved into a service provision and asset management company, responsible for the administration of the group's companies. For the equipment sector, Movicortes created Moviter (industrial equipment) and Terralis (agricultural equipment), which in 2015 merged into a single company, under the name Moviter Equipamentos SA
