International Assistance

The International Assistance Service (SAI) supports customers who take their business to other markets. It offers solutions tailored to each country and each customer, reducing the risks of working in distant and unfamiliar markets.

• Pack 1: inspection and technical support when the equipment is delivered, plus on-site technical and operational training for mechanics, operators, supervisors and site managers
• Pack 2: scheduled maintenance and technical monitoring of the equipment, for as long as the customer needs
• Pack 3: permanent on-site technical assistance, for as long as the customer needs

Technicians who speak the languages of the destination countries and have experience in Africa and Latin America, fast delivery of parts on site and permanent availability.
